To create a peace everlasting

From the gentlest parts of my heart to the most unwavering, bold notes of my body, I have never felt so much incongruity; a tension I cannot ignore. I am at my wits’ end, riding the sound waves of hope and hopelessness. I cannot grasp onto anything.

In my world there is an unparalleled field of land: miles and miles of untamed distance. Run and you will miss it, walk and you may find it, approach it with serenity and you shall uncover everything.
The cobblestone entryway is built by the strongest memories; carved by endurance, it holds true. The impenetrable doors of character invites you in. The splash-painted walls of sensation (pastel pinks, bold-matted yellows, the calming blues, and even the distressed greens), they excite you. Then everything becomes still.
“Breathe in the crisp air.” I whisper.
You begin to notice the classic molding which lines the ceiling with clarity and composition. The roof safeguards above you. You know you are always safe. Each room with arching elm wood framed windows welcoming in every bit of ray of sunshine. “See its grains interlock,...” “they firmly resist separation.”
I come to hide in my secret place; this house of walls built to shelter (to embrace, to hold and to encourage). I try my best to take care of it. To cherish it. To love it. And occasionally, I will leave it to discover the world.
“Though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil: for thou art with me; thy rod and they staff they comfort me.”
... A verse so wholly meant to create a peace everlasting.
